“OnlineConvert” is a very good web service with which you can Easily Convert almost any documents, Image, Audio, Video, Ebook or Archive Files Online for completely free of cost. After opening up the OnlineConvert’s website you will be amazed to see the neatly categorized and easy to understand interface. As you can see in the screenshot above, they currently supports audio, video, documents, e-books, hash, image and archive conversion. On that main page of the website, the user will be required to choose the type of conversion they will be making, for example, if they want to do Image, Audio, Video etc. From the drop-down menu, the user will be required to choose the final format of the file they want. For example, under the “Image Converter” tab you will find “Convert to JPG”, “Convert to PNG”, etc.
After selecting your desired “Final Format” from the drop down menu, you will be directed to a page where you can upload the file and configure the settings for the conversion. After you are satisfied with your configuration, you can click the “Convert file” button and the conversion will then start, and after that you can download the file. The free version comes with a 100 MB maximum file size limitation, which is more then enough for a normal user like me. But if you still want to increase the maximum file size limit then you can go for a premium plan, but the free version is perfectly alright for most of the user.
If you are little concerned about the privacy of your files and documents then you will be happy to know that the company takes a few steps to protect your files. All files you upload are deleted automatically after 24 hours or after 10 downloads, whichever comes first. In addition, you also have the option to delete the file instantly on our server after you have downloaded it. There is no backup made of user files. The contents of the files are not monitored without permission of the uploader. These steps are very good and it will definitely help to protect your files but my personal advice will be not to upload any super-personal files. Trust no one and stay safe. Simple, isn’t it….
